Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be quite difficult to get any government Medical college with this score if you belong to unreserved category. But you can expect government quota seats in private Medical colleges such as

Santiram Medica College
Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research , Chittor District
Narayana Medical college
