    Hey Aman! Since every college has limited Tution Fee Waiver (TFW) seat there for to getting these seats is more difficult as compared to normal seat. You must fill up the TFW seat above the the general seat of colleges in the respective branch you want. You can change the preference list now in the other round of counselling.
