With your mentioned rank it is almost impossible to get NITs/IIITs.
You may take admission in private engineering colleges or GFTIs which may have vacant seat by the end of the counselling process. If special round is conducted like last year then you may get seat in GFTIs. Also some GFTIs conduct local level counselling. You may get a seat there too.
