I have got seat in 1 round kcet for engineering can I go for 2 round karnataka medical ?????

If you're not satisfied with the seat you got in round one then you should definitely go for round 2 and even for further round but there's not any guarantee that your seat will upgrade and make sure not to lock the seat until you're sure about the college
