After class 12 you need to qualify the entrance test called JEE for the admissions in engineering colleges. Here you want to go for diploma but diploma is possible after 10 class only. You have to go for the diploma to degree courses after the completion of your diploma in respective branch. As per the marks govt. colleges are not easy to get for you so better to try for the other institutes.

Hi aman you can go through diploma but it is a bit difficult to go through government college.but as the cut offs are varying you might have a chance.hence just list out the previous year cut off for colleges and always have a choice of preparation list of colleges in diploma and the best course offered.all the best!!
