Keep writing and reading. Make sure that the book you want to be published is the best work of yours till date and then, look for publishers.
Another way is creating a blog. Write a blog and keep updating it, nowdays more and more people habe turned to reading blogs.
You can also submit your write-ups for the newspapers, magazines or writing competitions. Many publishers and companies keep an eye on them and contact if they find a candidate talented.
