I have learnt my 10th in abroad and my 11th, 12th classes in tamilnadu and i am born in tamilnadu.will i be coming under state or nri quota?

You will mostly be considered under state quota. However , you need to get a few document like nativity certificate. If you don't provide these, then you won't be considered as a state Student.
