I have lost my HSC hall ticket whether it will be a problem

you don't need to worry for you HSC hall ticket, It will no use for you further acedmic career where you only need hall ticket, In future if you need anyehere there is also subsitute available or the same thing.

I do not think this will be a problem.

I about to complete my Master's and I have not once used my HSC hall ticket. It is important as long as you are still writing the exam and up until you have your board results.  I hope you have received your marksheet.
It also depends on the field or degree course that you have selected to go into. However, I have never heard that any college/university asked a student to show their hall ticket during document verification. As long as you have your marksheet, you will be fine.

So no, losing your HSC hall ticket is most likely not going to be a problem.
