I have made the payment for Option Entry of UGCET, twice, even after 24 hours, the payment details are not updated in candidate portal. are you too facing similar issue? how to address this.

Here is a list of actions you can take if you do not see your UGCET Option Entry payment after 24 hours:
- Do not attempt to pay again – Only attempt to pay after at least 48 hours has passed.
- Save your transaction receipt or any reference ID– you will need for follow up.
- Contact the KEA Helpdesk – Call through the official helpdesk, or email them with your registration number, payment information and a screenshot of your transaction if possible.
- If you can, visit the KEA Office – If you are unsuccessful in the process online, visiting the office may expedite the process.
