I have missed my user id and password can you please help me out with this

It seems you have missed out certain details. You haven't mentioned the name of the examination. You can check the inbox of your registered email id, since the authorities might have sent you the necessary credentials during the verification process. Check the spam folders too. You should also check the messages of your registered mobile number. If you still cannot find it, you can write an email to the conducting body about your problem.
Once you recover your username, you can easily change your password using the 'forgot password' option.
