I have mistakely filled b. arch and b plan. exam too with b. tech.Is it compulsory to attend this papers? shall it affect my result?

If you have filled application for both the papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2 both then you can appear for both the papers but if you want to appear for only Paper 1 i.e. for B.E./B.Tech. then also you are free to appear only for Paper 1 and it won't affect your result because if you appear only for 1 then only the result of paper 1st will be given to you through which you can take admission.
