I have my residential certificate of circle officer so it ok to take admission through the residential certificate or I have to take of sdo

Hey,

In most of the cases the certificate issued by the state circle office is self sufficient to be considered valid. So I dont think there is any need to apply for certificate from SDO.

But you can search for specific criteria from the college website and if you have time you can apply for SDO certificate.
