I have no colour blindness and not any physical disabilities. My vision is very good from both the eyes, but my right eye has some blurred vision (which can also be treated and is not a big issue) which does not affect my day to day activities. Will I be eligible to become an AME ?

You are eligible to apply for AME. There should be no changes in vision, unusual visual experiences like halos, scintillations, sensitivity to light, injuries, surgery. There should not be any inordinate difficulties with eye fatigue or strain. And there should not be any history of serious eye disease such as glaucoma or other disease commonly associated with secondary eye changes such as diabetes. As you have no history of the incidents mentioned here, you are eligible.
