I have no second year marksheet but I will passed out graduation in 2019 can I fill the application?

Hello. If you don't have your marksheet of 2nd year, you can ask your college authorities if they can help. Otherwise it depends on the institution where you are taking the admission, somewhere it is mandatory somewhere not. But you should ask your college authorities. Moreover at the time of graduation most of the colleges provide each year's marksheet and if not you should give an application to your college authority to provide you with your 2nd year's marksheet.

Look after completing your graduation you got the results, where all is mentioned in which year how you performed. So, that marksheet is applicable everywhere.
