No you are not able for second round of jossa.only those candidate sit in 2nd round conselling who fill choice in first round

HiiIn oder to go for JoSAA counselling, you need to register yourselves-Registration and Choice Filling of JoSAA 2018 starts- June 15, 2018In case you haven't received any college in 1st round then you can go for 2nd round of counselling-Seat Allotment – Round 2- July 3, 2018If you haven't applied for the counselling, then you can't apply for 1st round. All the best.
