I have not received a proper scanned copy which is upload in nta website.in that I am not able to c my bublings with I have done for my answers.only 2 bublings its visible out off 180 questions. would this make any effect to my results?

Hey,
You must be well aware of the number if questions you must have bubbled on your OMR sheet. Even if due to low scanning you are able to see only two bubbles in your OMR answer sheet it won't be a problem for you.
You can challenge the result later on if you find any difference in your score.
