I have not seen that there is image discrepany in my id and now the date of correction is over.what should i do to make it correct. do my form will get canceled due to this??

You should not worry about this issue, now the application correction facility has also been stopped by NTA so it is little bit difficult to resolve this issue but not impossible.
You should drop an e-mail to NTA, making them aware about your issue. They would surely help you.
