Now coming to your problem, well these aren't going to help you a lot but definitely something is better than nothing...
Try to complete as much as you can in the limited time without loosing hope and maybe the luck favours you in the end.
So far as the event of preparation, it's definitely a very vast syllabus and it's next to impossible to cover everything in this much time but if you're able to cover up most of the chapters, the odds might turn to your favour.
Don't think about the final result. Just focus on the limited time you have and you even though luck lands in your favour or not, you're hardwork, in these 20 days will stay with you forever as an inspiration to succeed!

If the Entrance exams gets conducted on the scheduled date then i don't think you stand anywhere because you have not started your preparation yet.
There is no Hit and Trail for the NEET or JEE exams, students has been working hard for 2 years and still they are working on their mistakes.
So, it's high time for you, you could start preparing for the next year exams.
