I have OBC caste certificate of 2017 And UPSEE 2018 needs caste certificate of 1april 2018. What can I do to submit my caste cert. Help me ?

You can go at near your city at shop like SAHAJ JAN SEVA KENDRA and told about it . he will give u within 3 or 4 day .....U gave money ...

OBC cSte certificate of 2017 shall work out fine.

No need to upgrade it.
