i have obc certificate but i am not knowing whethere it is state or central government certificate.how can i apply for jee mains?

If you are well aware that whether the certificate is well authorised by your state or Cental govt. then surely you should go with the option OBC because it will be the mandatory document during the timing of counselling while filling the JEE MAINS form.
