yes you will need income certificate at the time of counselling.

here is the list of documents you have to carry at the time of your counselling:

# AP EAMCET rank card

# AP EAMCET hall ticket 2108

# intermidiate exam marks sheet and passing certificate

# 10th class marks sheet and passing certificate

#study/ bonafied certificate from 3 to 10th class and 12th

# transfer certificae

#income certificate

# cast certificate ( if required)

# PH/NCC/CAP/ sports certifiates ( if applicable)

#aadhar card

# residence certificate of either of parents

#  reciept of ccertificates at help -line centres after verification
