I have one question in my mind..nd it is doing tense to me..I want know about off campus drive..bcozz I'm currently studying in B-Tech in information technology in 2nd year..my question is that I have done 12th from improvement exam with 60.4% but it is score from improvement exam.will be problem???

You not to worry about that.You will be placed in a company based on the technical knowledge you have and soft skills.And your academic performance in graduation is considered while recruiting you.And you need to have minimum marks in class 10, class 12 and in graduation.It does not matter if you have appeared in improvements or not.Concentrate on technical knowledge and build up your soft skills and learn new courses.You need to have good aptitude skills.These are the things which will help you in getting a good job.
