If you have a subject backlog either in +2 studies or in graduation study, you can apply for a supplementary exam and complete the course. But the subject you are rewriting will be marked (*) as a remark.

since you did not mention the name of the college therefore it is very hard to suggest the process how to clear the backlog in all the colleges there is a process of clearing the backlog so you need to concern the respective authority of your college and making the necessary request to get it clear by either reappearing for the exam or by taking the course again again you can take help of your friends as some of your friends may know if you could mention the name of University then only we can help you but this is internal matter so mostly you are University will help you to get it done
