I have only 3 semester in 3 years degree course but counselling registration has asking me to fill 4th semester also how can I register for counselling

If your degree program has only 3 semesters instead of 4, if it allows you to you can enter "NA" or "Not Applicable" for your 4th semester marks. If it is a mandatory field and asks for value/number, you can enter "0", notify the counselling authority via email or at the time of document verification.
