i have paid the seat acceptance fee in first round of josaa counselling but still it is showing incomplete in josaa website.will there be problem?

hi,

see as long as your application is fully submitted and status is showing complete then it would not be an issue. however if you have enrolled for any particular program and fills all the proceedings then I guess it would not be an major issue. nevertheless you may contact with university admission helpline to clarify the issue.
