Once you’ve paid for TNEA counselling and registered, you usually can’t change your email directly online because the system locks your details after payment.
But don’t worry — you can contact TNEA support by email at tneacare@gmail.com or call them at 044-22351014 / 044-22351015 . Explain your issue and ask if they can update your email for you.
Sometimes, you might also be able to fix this during the document verification process at the TNEA Facilitation Centre. Just make sure to carry any proof or documents related to your correct email.
