I have passed 10+2 with PCM 2020. I am doing only 12th private with biology as a single subject 2021. am i eligible for neet mbbs 2022.

Hello student yes you're eligible for Neet examination as eligibility criteria says -
Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
NIOS is a recognized board and there's no upper age limit in Neet examination so yes you'll be eligible.
