Educational qualification is the highest degree of education that you have achieved and in your case it is B.sc. So, in the educational qualification section you should write your marks obtained in B.sc
The maximum age criteria is still pending, so for now you are eligible to apply for NEET. The code you have to fill according to your education is "code 6". This is because any aspirant who has passed B.Sc. examination with not less than two subjects which includes Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry can choose "Code 6" from NEET qualification code 2021 as their eligibility code.
