You cannot apply for 2020 JEE Mains if you are not in the top 20 percentile of CBSE which is highly unlikely.
The reason is that to be eligible for JEE mains, you need to score an overall aggregate of 75% if you are from the general category and you need to score 65% if you are from sc, st or obc category.
You can give an improvement exam plus prepare for JEE Mains which will help you in increasing your 12th percentage as well.
