I have passed class 10 with 10CGPA from cbse board.Can I do my further study of class 12 from icse board .what can be the problems if I do?

Yes you can do and there is no issue as such but why you want to change your education board .You are doing good till now keep it up .

The place where I m presently has more good colleges of icse as that of cbse .
another thing icse board schools are also preparing at IIT level ....
so I thought to do soooooo....
