I have passed MBA in trade of Operation management from NIMS, Jankpuri New Delhi. I am working with F1 Info solutions and services pvt Ltd as a Sr Team Leader but I personally feel that we should go to next level but I have no any source of the way please guide me that what should I do ?

We understand from your message that you want to move up the ladder and get into a higher position.  You are already a Sr. Team Leader, which means you already manage a team. What is not clear is whether your job task driven or sales.  The first step is about leadership skills and only with this skill will you be able to move higher.  Along with leadership you will need good communications skills that lets you interact with customers and your team members in a positive way.  You can master some of these skills by taking short term courses in your city or check on Udemy.

Also we suggest you develop on your operational management skills or go into new fields like warehouse management and all of them can be done by distance learning on IGNOU.
