Hello Tailang,

If you have passed your 12th CBSE board in the year 2017, and if you are a droppout student or a dropper, your qualifying code for filling NEET UG form is 03. Note that, code 03 is for the candidates who have completed their class 12th before the year 2019 and is a dropper.
