Dear Mirza, Candidates who have studied from NIOS are also eligible for NEET. You should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you can score this aggregate by appearing for improvement exams through NIOS, you will be eligible for NEET as now there is no upper age limit for NEET.
