Hello Ankur, No, you can't appear for the IIT Main entrance examination if you have passed 12th board in 2004. There is a minimum age limit of 17 year and maximum age limit of 24 years for general and OBC candidates and their is a relaxation of further 5 years for SC/ST students. So, given that your age is more than that, you won't be eligible for JEE Mains exam.
