I have passed my 12th with 50+ mark in bio, 50+ in chem and 48 in Physics (failed in theory, scored 18 in theory and 30 in practical ). I scored 50+ in my english paper. I belong to St caste. Am I still eligible for neet 2024.

As per your question, to be eligible for the NEET exam you need to complete intermediate course, with Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Remember that irrespective of your caste you need to qualify your intermediate. Otherwise, you won't be eligible for the NEET exam. You need to pass these exams first only after that you can give the NEET exam.
