No, it does not necessarily mean that the school will write “Fail” on your TC. The MPSOS Ruk Jana Nahi marksheet contains your subject-wise marks, total marks and qualifying status. If you have passed the RJN exam, your result will reflect that status. The school may simply be asking for the photocopy for its records or TC process.
