i have provisional certificate but marks memo is not issue . what should i do

Provisional certificate is provided by the college people has a temporary certificate untill you get your original certificate you can use provisional certificate .you can submit your professional certificate untill your marks memo issued after that you can submit your memo again after verification ones contact with document verification person or any helpline numbers to confirm my word because if there is any mistake happen it will problem for you ones ask them again but 90% provisional certificate is valid because the memo which you get should come from government so no one will get memo so your provisional certificate will be valid and used for temporary use
