There are 4 counseling in HSTES. Counseling round 1 and 2 is over but round 3 and 4 is held between 8 july to 23 july for online payment of counseling and for offline it is 9 july to 24 july.

Hey Rahul! I think you are bit late as the last date for registration was around 13 June Haryana State Technical Education Society(HSTES) B Tech admission 2019 will commence from the second week of June. HSTES commenced with the online registrations for HSTES Btech admission from May 14. Candidates can fill the online application form and make the payment of application fee till June 13 for counselling rounds 1 & 2. Candidates will have to register on the official website of HSTES to participate in the centralised counselling process through JEE Main scores.
