I have rank around 2lakh . so I wanted to know that am I eligible to get admission in private colleges ? and what about the counselling form

Hello Rani.
You can definitely apply for management seat from a private institution. You won't be needing the counselling form if you're going through management quota.

Sorry to say that your rank is not in range of getting admission through councling. It is better to try for managment quota.
