I have ranked 1433 in OBC-A category and 28038 in GMR category. so May I chance in engineering at govt colleges? ?

YEs you have very less chance of getting any good government college,but you can get some lower-notched govt college like coochbihar govt. college,GCETT BEHRAMPORE,GCECT KOLKATA,etc.It would be better if you go for the private colleges out there in wb.You can get a list of other govt colleges from the link below where you can check the cutoff for the previous year for each college.
