I forgot to mention my permanent address on neet application form and have only mentioned present address where Ive been living since birth. But my SC ceritificate is at a different address. All my other documents like PAN , aadhar, 12, 10 mrsht, domicile are at present address. will it be a prob

Prerana, NTA doesn't communicate with Candidates offline. All the communication is online at your registered email and phone number. So what you enter in your address doesn't really matter as long as it is correct information. So do not worry about it. Your application will not be rejected for this reason.
