According to your question, i would like to tell that for mop up round, registration if u have registered for Round 1 of All India Counselling, you dont need to register again for mop up round. Your initial registration is enough. It is a one time registration for the entire process of All India Counselling which includes Round 1, Round 2 and mop up round.
