then you submit the admission fee because they will wait for small time and throw away your name from the lists .

If you have been registered ,then there will be a message from the university to submit a small amount of fees perhaps 10000 inr if you are doing engineering ,after paying sum,you would be offered a offer letter from University to join.

Then your new spring starts for your career.
