I have registered for mopup round and I put all govt colleges in Kerala , unfortunately I was not selected for mopup . can I participate in stray vacancy round 2020 in the govt colleges ?

You haven't mentioned your Category, NEET rank and your score. These are important to assess your options. This pdf contains the list of Vacancies lying unoccupied after non joining of seats. You can check that at: https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam_2020/public/list/vacseat_p8_19_12_20.pdf . If you are not able to click it, please copy paste " https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam_2020/public/list/vacseat_p8_19_12_20.pdf " in the browser. There are seats available and you can try them in Stray Vacancy round. But again the seat is based on merit scored in NEET exam.

Mam my Kerala rank is 4713 and I belong to obc ,my category rank is 178 and my mark is 564. .As I am not selected for mopup can I participate in stray vacancy and if it possible what is the criteria for applying that
