i have registered for neet MDS 2020 counselling,,, but further i got only 7 choices as options to place,,, i dont know why ,, kindly help me

Hi,
Well that is simply because you must be eligible only for those seven dental colleges or universities that you are provided to prioritise in order. Otherwise it won't give you only seven choices. Still I would suggest you to go through the website once again.
