Spot round of JAC Delhi is offline. You'll have to report to the reporting venue as per schedule given on it's website. You'll have to produce required documents at the reporting venue to claim your admission or else it would be offered to someone else.
No, the registration fee ( Rs1500 ) is non-refundable.
