I have reported to my alloted college . can I attend the 2nd counselling???

Dear student,
If you have feezed your seat and also reported in the college and you have to take only that college from that counselling. Even if you want you will be not allowed to upgrade your seat again by participating in the 2nd counselling.
Now you can just wait to opening the college, you have completed all of your steps successfully.
