I have reupload the photo on 27th Jan 2021 but still on 1st Feb 2021 they have not accepted the same, please guide how can i get admission card for Feb exam or again they will give chance for reupload for Mar/April/May exam.

It would take time for the officials to verify your image as there are thousands of applications to be verified. So you should wait a bit right now. And if it shows that your application is rejected then you would not be eligible for February session. However you can correct your image for the other sessions when the correction window opens for them. The correction window for the other sessions will open few weeks ahead of the examination.
