I have score 145 in jee mains april 2019 and 60% in boards.Will I get best colleges or if I got 100 percentile in jee will i get iit,nit?

The eligiblity for iits and nits are-
Having 75%+ in boards or in top 20 percentile of your respective board. Even if you get 100 percentile and is not filling the board criteria, then you will not be eligible for IITs or NITs, but you may get some private college.
If you are not from CBSE then, try to find out the top 20 percentile cutoff of your board.
