With a 90 percentile score you might be having a rank of around 100,000 with this rank if you belong to general category or OBC category then it will be very difficult for you to get a government college. However, if you belong to SC or ST category then you can have a chance of getting a NIT or IIIT through JOSAA counselling but branch can be an issue.
